This can be done directly from the support page. Please follow the procedure below to resolve a pending deposit:
1. Login to your Pairgate account. LOGIN HERE
2. Navigate to the support page by selecting 'Support' from the menu.
3. Click on 'Deposit Issues' and fill out the form with the required information. If you made a deposit to our corporate deposit account, select "Corporate Deposit". If the deposit was made to a Wema account, select "Paystack Method".
4. Enter the SessionID or Reference of the transfer and submit the form. This will resolve the issue and credit your wallet with the actual transfer amount.
How to Find Your Transfer SessionID
The SessionID or Reference is typically included on the receipt of the transfer. In rare cases where you cannot find the SessionID or Reference on your receipt, please contact your bank to provide you with the SessionID for that particular transfer. You can then use it to resolve the deposit and have it reflected in your wallet.
