This is due to factors beyond our control, such as issues with SIM network connectivity, Overload of network providers server or service provider glitches, can occasionally lead to transaction failures.
What to Do When you do not receive the value of your Transaction:
First and foremost, it's important to remember that a failed transaction can also tick as successful when it has not been delivered. This is the more reason we advice users to check their Data balance or Airtime balance after making purchases and make sure they received the actual value of what they purchased on Pairgate. However, if you did not receive the actual value of what you purchased, Kindly follow the below step to report the transaction and get almost immediate attention from our support team.
Step 1:
When you encounter a failed but not refunded transaction, kindly login to your Pairgate account and navigate to the particular transction, click it open the receipt and scroll down to see the Report Transaction Button. Click it and report the transaction.
OR
After login to your pairgate account, Click on Support, Then Click on Transaction Issues, and then enter either the phone number (For Data and Airtime) or Meter number (for Electricity bill payment). Then Select the particular transaction and proceed to report it. Remeber to enter a short description of why you are reporting the transaction.
After you've reported the issue, our team will swiftly investigate. The goal is to not only resolve your specific problem but also to understand why it occurred. This way, we can continually refine our system, reducing the likelihood of similar issues in the future.
